The Gulf-front master bedroom features a King size bed with TV, ceiling fan, slider to balcony, and ensuite bathroom. The updated master bathroom has a step-in shower. The fully appointed kitchen has stainless appliances and all the amenities of home. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, and TV with a DVD player. The third bedroom has two Twin beds and a TV and DVD player. There is FREE Long Distance calling to the US and Canada and FREE secure WiFi in the condo. Assigned parking space, limited guest spaces. The condo complex has nice gas grills for your use and a large, beachside, heated swimming pool and a hot tub.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
