Clean, apppears recently remodeled, condo close to beach with a few issues to resolve. -First level bed has no foundation under the foam mattress causing it to fall between the wood slats and rest on the metal bar eventually causing the bed to fall apart. (Were we the first to use that bedroom?)- Only seating in living room was a sectional sofa for the four of us. There was not additional rocker, recliner, or any other seating so I could not invite my brother and his wife to visit. Even the 4 of us were too cozy on the sofa.-Bench type dining table as shown only has 2 chairs with backs. The other two adults needed to lean back against the wall.-New inexpensive thin flooring is lifting up in master bedroom causing an issue with bare feet. -Electric deadbolt on door had a dead battery the last day. There were no instructions for entry other than a phone number in the email. (Those models with sliding bolts are an energy drain) -No guest wifi or any type of instructions. No TV instructions either and it appears no network channels, even local ones unless you have your own streaming subscriptions as we do not.Although adequate for a shorter stay, kitchen could use extra amenities especially nonmetallic microwave safe mixing bowls.Since most cell phones do not constantly show time, alarm clocks in the bedrooms would help as the only clock is the one on the stove.As everyone is traveling with luggage, we found it odd that no additional bedroom furniture was provi
