« This home is larger than it appears on photos. Very clean. Pool was fantastic. Only negatives are the pool chaise loungers are broken and the grill has broken burners and is dangerous. Other than those 2 things this place is a 10 out of 10 »

« We rented this as two families with children aged 1-4. The listing is exactly as expected when we arrived, if not even better in person! The pool was wonderful, the house had all the amenities we needed (which made it very easy to pack and prepare for our trip!) and the location was awesome. Close to amenities like groceries (Publix) and many restaurants. It's also a very short drive from Indian Rocks Beach and "downtown" plus only 30 mins from Clearwater Beach and Downtown. « The house was beautiful and very well equipped. Misti was so helpful and quick to respond to our questions on check-in. The only negative things would be - no elevator. With the 19 steps to main floor, it was a struggle with me (76 years old, 2 knee replacements and major back surgery). The moving in and out was very difficult. « Location is great for Clearwater beach and other areas in Pinellas County- it was by a main road that was accessible to everything. I was really impressed with the place itself- clean, had all amenities we needed, spacious for 2 people. Highly recommend for 1-2 people who want to stay in a beach area but also need to travel to Tampa. »

« Great location! Couldn’t ask for better views. We loved everything about this place. It’s not fancy, but I wouldn’t expect it to be…It’s a beach house. It wasn’t super clean (in a deep cleaned sense), but it was cleaned and cared for between guests. The only thing I would warn other guests about that it is clearly is a rental and there are NO extra “things” around. For example, the only scissors in the place was a kitchen scissors. You won’t find an extra bag, rubber band, cleaning...

« The Beach house is located steps away from the beach. The house is super clean, cozy and nicely decorated with a beautiful beach theme. Beds are super comfortable and kitchen has everything you need to cook and prepare a meal. It was a peaceful and relaxing time. »

« Property was as appears in listing photos. Loved the pool and pool toys that were there to use! Loved the cooler and beach chairs that we were able to use! Location-we were down the road from the store and shopping malls, not far from the beaches!!! Neighborhood was quiet, no issues, felt safe! Would deff rebook here!! »
