Cette unité spacieuse et familiale offre une cuisine complète avec toutes les commodités de la maison. We arrived quite late but were so pleased to see that all check in credentials worked well. The property was clean and had everything we needed. It was a pleasure to sit on the balcony, each morning, and have our coffee. We would definitely stay again. Clean, roomy, quiet!

Great stay!

Great location just south of the city center, 100% walkable to anywhere you want to go. Balcony was huge and had amazing views of the bay. It was quiet and very serene. The space itself was perfect. Had one bedroom with a king that was so spacious. Another bedroom with two twin beds and another with a king and a pullout sofa in the main living area.. We accommodated 6 teens and 2 adults easily. Great kitchen and dining areas as well. The balcony was the width of the space and easily accommodated us all every night while we enjoyed the fresh air. Overall, highly recommend the space. Decor, location, cleanliness and the building overall… top notch! Few tips: pack some household essentials like garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, napkins, paper towels, salt/pepper, basic spices, condiments and coffee. It will save you from spending the raises rates at the local grocery options. Also there were plenty of beach towels, chairs, sand toys and even an umbrella available on property so you may save on packing and not bring those items. The towels are smaller but work great, and you come to appreciate them when you may end up carrying them around a bit. Enjoy your stay!

Perfect location

We were looking for a place close to the beach which had a water view and was big enough for all of us. This condo fit the bill perfectly. The condo itself was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was decently stocked (yes as noted could use some large serving bowls), and we were pleasantly surprised by availability of beach wagons & chairs! I noticed beach toys but our kids are beyond that stage so we didn’t use. We ate in most nights but also walked to restaurants & ice cream shops. Except for grocery and church, we didn’t have to use car at all which was a bonus as traffic was an issue but walking never was! And beach, though spring break busy, was beautiful and so conveniently close!! We’d set up our spot on this end of beach and thoroughly enjoyed sun & water. It really was the perfect location - with added bonus of Blue Jays spring training game within 20 minutes of us!

We had one big problem

We loved our rental despite the fact our sliding door onto patio was broken. I called for help on Monday. No response!! I called again on Thursday. Someone came, but on Friday when we left it still wasn’t fixed!!! NOT SAFE!! One suggestion- Install handicap rails in showers and tubs to prevent serious accidents to your customers!

If you cook or want a pool with sun

It looks pretty and it has a view and it has space. However you have to wait until after 2 for the pool to have any sun. And for complex this size it only had about 10 chairs and lounges. The kitchen totally lacked any bowls of size or platters. And the utensils were minimal. We love to cook and that was a big disappointment and we ran the dishwasher twice a day. So I really feel about this property should not be highly rated

Balcony was fabulous! Can see dolphins all the time. Only a few negatives, internet not great and had to reboot TVs in bedrooms numerous times, pool chairs need repairing and not enough at pool. Condo very well stocked , looks just as it does on site. Great location to everything.

Right at Home

We felt very comfortable during out stay. The place is centrally located and beautifully furnished. The canal provides loads of opportunity to see wildlife including dolphins. Check in at 1am was excellent and easy. We were instantly able to relax. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was because there were too few serving dishes in the kitchen, master bedroom pillows were very uncomfortable, and there were no beach towels provided. Every VRBO we've stayed at near a beach has beach towels and they're heavy to pack from 3,000 miles away. We anticipated that there would be beach towels, adequate serving bowls, and some spices (although luckily we brought our own). But the view and the beautiful location and furnishings were worth every penny.

great place and close to the beach

everything was really nice. the apartment has everything we needed it as a fam of 4 and more. The spacious balcony was amazing to relax and unwind after the whole day of fun. all the rooms were clean and spacious, kitchen fully stocked. the beach is literally 5 min walk, loved the location, very calm and convenient. the only minus was that the main bathroom shower was clogged, but manager was notified. overall really great place. would stay again.

Condo beautifully furnished with gorgeous view

Loved the condo, furnishings and view. Had a wonderful visit and love staying at Harborview Grande. Also appreciated the help and professionalism of Lisa and the rest of the Florida Beach Rentals staff. ( I would recommend management check the master shower drain which appeared partially clogged, and someone replace several of the vertical blinds that were missing from the master bedroom). Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the view and the beach!

The close proximity to everything you need at this condo was the best. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach, walking distance to restaurants, an ice creamery and shopping. We would walk every night to the beach and watch the sunset. There were dolphins in the harbor almost every day before we would leave for the night.

Great location! Lovely condo

We had a great two week stay. Condo is very clean, great location, and has plenty of plates, towels, etc. Added bonus: amazing views of the dolphins in the harbor almost daily. They come extremely close as well! Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely Amazing!!

We stayed at the Harborview Grande 406 and the view was absolutely beautiful!! We seen the dolphins 3 times just relaxing on the balcony needless to say the kids were so excited!! The condo was beautiful and very spacious the pictures were spot on.. The staff at Fl beach rentals were very friendly and helpful. This was a beautiful place and we will defiantly be back next year..

Beautiful and great location

This is a very large, beautiful condo. The location is perfect. The views are amazing. We saw Dolphins from the balcony on most days! It is fairly well equiped in the kitchen but could use a few more storage containers for left overs. There are plenty of towels. If we ever return to Clearwater we will definately stay again.

Wonderful view and location!

Enjoyed our stay in this condo with a lovely view and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the beach. The agency provided us with number for Jim, who met us at the airport and transported us to the rental office and condo. This was a great start to the vacation! He provided us with a great deal of information, including restaurant recommendations. Ask for him when you get close to your trip date! We had two sets of couples come in during the week, so we were not required to use the sofa bed...which was a blessing, as it was not comfortable. The three bedrooms were great, although a carpet cleaning would be helpful. Dishes for in house dining were limited...We ended up buying plastic ware and paper plates.Just the addition of a few more place settings and more coffee cups would have been great! Overall, we enjoyed our return visit to the Clearwater area.
