The exterior of the property appears very run-down. There is constant loud music playing from across the street. There is extremely closet space where one is utilized as a storage space for the owners and there was no room to hand clothes while the 2nd bedroom closet was filled with a washer/dryer and water heater. There was no hot water in the master bathroom. In addition, there was extremely limited space for toiletries (ie limited bathroom counter space). Also there was a weird dry yellow liquid on the washer/dryer.However, the Smart TV's were easy to use and all up to date. The shower was nice and appeared new. The balcony is spacious and offers great views. Living room area is comfortable and kitchen was very clean and nice looking.

Perfect Set Up For a Larger Group

We are childhood friends that live far from each other and meet up twice a year. We really enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable, a very well stocked kitchen and plenty of room...which was needed when we faced rainy weather. We were able to catch one beautiful sunset on the bay on our last night which was wonderful. We'll be back!

Great patio view of the beach and sunsets.

Great location on the strip. 1 min walk to get breakfast, ice cream and seafood/bar. Unit was clean with plenty of battles and beach towels. We were in unit 4. The get directions link here on VRBO pulls up as unit 5. Don't know if that can be fixed. I figured out the confusion but called the emergency # given and no response. I also called earlier in the day to ask about early check in with no response. I was told this issue will be addressed. A rules list on the refrigerator says checkout is at 10 but the check in email I received and VRBO app says 11 a.m. check out which is correct. I liked the side access to the beach but the walkway next to stairs but is very slim. I had to walk sideways to get through. The other visitors staying there were also older so it was nice and quiet. We used and enjoyed the chairs and beach umbrellas in the patio storage bin.
