There are four beautifully designed bedrooms in this home. The first bedroom has one king bed & attached ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has one queen bed, while the third has two queen beds, and shared access to the second full bathroom in this home. The fourth bedroom is PERFECT for kids (or adults looking for a fun sleeping arrangement!). The room is surrounded with custom-built bunk beds (4 twin beds total), a cute seating area, board games, and a smart TV.

There are 2 full bathrooms in this home. The ensuite bathroom attached to the first bedroom has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. On the other side of the house is the second bathroom, which also has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

The dining room is right next to the kitchen, with enough seating to comfortably fit 6 people, plus an additional dining table in the kitchen to seat 4 more.

We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
