The Space:

The first light of sunrise paints the Gulf in soft gold as the gentle roll of waves greets you from the balcony, and by evening a complimentary sunset cruise carries you across glittering waters just for guests. Whether you’re gathering around the kitchen table for breakfast or unwinding in the living room after a day on the beach, the space invites you to relax and savor every moment.



Sleeping arrangements

The master bedroom offers a king bed, and the second bedroom provides a queen bed for restful nights. A dedicated bunk area features a twin‑over‑twin bunk bed, perfect for kids or extra guests, while the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa. All together the layout accommodates up to eight guests, making it ideal for families or groups.



Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen holds a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, and silverware. You’ll find cooking basics, bed linens, hangers, and an iron ready for use, so you can prepare meals and enjoy them with an ocean view or gather for dinner after a beach day.



Additional details

A washer and dryer sit in the unit for easy care of beachwear. Parking is available on site. Pets are not allowed, ensuring an allergy-free environment for all guests.



What to bring

Pack toiletries, a hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, laundry soap, coffee and filters.

Please note: We provide the grill, but propane is not included. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane if needed.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway and (2) on the street.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each stay, with our team committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you’d like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate it for you. The cost is $35 per day of your stay and will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least one week’s notice. Please note that during colder or rainy weather, pool use may be less enjoyable. The pool is serviced weekly, and after heavy rain, some debris may enter the water, which can cause slight discoloration.



All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival:

- 1-Night stays: $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection).

- 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $250 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear.

Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous.



Please note that check-out time is 10:00 AM. To ensure the home is ready for incoming guests, our housekeeping team arrives promptly at that time. Late check-outs may disrupt scheduling and future reservations, and could result in a fee of up to $300.



This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper. The laundry area provides enough detergent for up to two loads. In the kitchen, you’ll find a paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dish soap, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available (coffee not included), along with basic items like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. If anything is missing, please let us know upon check-in so we can assist with restocking.



For your safety and the security of the property, there is a Ring camera installed at the front door.
