Diese Villa befindet sich am Strand und verfügt über einen Whirlpool und Fitnessmöglichkeiten. Diese Villa hat 8 Schlafzimmer und bietet dir einen kostenlosen WLAN-Internetzugang sowie einen Balkon. Die Küche ist mit einem Kühlschrank und einem Ofen ausgestattet, als gewisse Extras findest du aber auch einen Privatpool und einen Kamin vor.
Diese Villa besitzt klimatisierte Zimmer, die folgende Ausstattung bieten: Privatpools und Kamine. Die Zimmer verfügen über Balkone. The house was great. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need to cook a big meal. The house was very clean. Shower and beach towels were provided. Beach chairs and other beach equipment was provided. The grills were great. The top floor pool, hot tub, and deck materials were a hit with my family. The house was close to restaurants. We have stayed in VRBOs around the country (and a couple outside the country). My family considered this one their favorite. Great property!

Milo’s was undoubtedly the best vacation home we have ever rented. This home is beautifully appointed with high quality amenities, furnishings and finishes. The beds and linens are suberb. Our three-generation family of 12 all agreed that every comfort has been provided such as beach gear, toys and games, plenty of towels and beach towels, and kitchen appliances and utensils that make meal preperation a breeze. Communication with the host was great and check-in and check-out was easy. The location directly across from the beach and within walking distance to great local restaurants made our stay so enjoyable. The photos and amenities listed acurately reflect this amazing home. We are so glad we chose Milo’s Beach House for our family vacation.

The house is extremely comfortable, beautiful, and very well maintained, and the host was excellent—attentive, kind, and always available. We hosted the cocktail hour of our wedding there, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The rooftop is absolutely spectacular and was a highlight for all of our guests. Everything was perfectly set up, clean, and exactly as advertised. We could not have chosen a better home for such a special and meaningful occasion. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again.

Immaculate! We gathered here for a family reunion with multiple ages and this house was gorgeous. Everything was in tip top order with excellent appliances, equipment, and beautiful furnishings. The house lent itself perfectly for spending time together but was spacious enough to allow alone time. The showstopper is the rooftop with the hot tub, pool, and lounging furniture. We spent a lot of time up there. It was a superb place to take in the gorgeous sunsets over the gulf. The own was super responsive to questions.This is a very special property!

Absolutely beautiful home that was so well-equipped for all of our needs! We cooked big meals together for 29 people repeatedly and there was plenty of dishes, specialized utensils and gadgets, appliances, etc - all that we could ask for and more. Additionally, there was everything we needed for fun and safe days at the beach (chairs, canopies/tents, sand toys, boogie boards, etc)!Comfy beds, TVs in every room. An absolutely amazing property!

We stayed at the Milos Beach house 6/7/25 for a full week renting out both sides. We had our 5 kids and their families there with us, and most commented that it was the best VRBO rental and location ever! We rented out both sides and Tina left the ADA elevator open on the 2nd/main floor so that we could easily walk back and forth between the 2 sides. The rooms were great, plenty of beds, bedding, pillows, towels, etc. The layout worked great for us as we put all the kids in the lower level rooms, and all the adults on the main floor, giving us great separation. Both kitchens were very well stocked with all the needed dishes, appliances, multiple refrigerators/freezers, washer/dryers, and everything needed to function. You will probably need to pick up your favorite spices etc. though. The A/C worked extremely well and all the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The location is awesome just a block from the beach, and they provide plenty of beach towels, sand wagons, sun tents, sand toys, wave boards, life jackets, a cooler, and more for the beach. In fact we tried several other beaches but always came back to Indian beach across the street. There are several nice mom and pop restaurants right there and driving anywhere is pretty quick as it is in a good location. The weather was just right and the water temps were in the high 80s everyday, you could stay in the water for hours without getting cold. Communication was quick and Tina was always available to answer any issue

Great House and Location

We had 12 adults staying at the house on a golf trip, and were all accommodated more than adequately. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, the linens fresh, appliance all in great working condition, plenty of supplies. While we didn't get to spend time in the hot tubs or down at the beach, there was really nothing negative about the place and several of the guests have made a note to book it in the future on other golf and/or family beach trips.

Wonderful Long Weekend

Our group of 23 women so enjoyed the accommodations at Milos Beach House - everything was top notch from the furnishings in the home to the array of beach supplies to take with us to the ocean. At first, we were a little bummed to hear there was no rooftop pool; however, the easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants more than made up for this! Would certainly recommend Milos to anyone looking for an upscale, fun, and relaxing trip on Florida’s Gulf Coast!

Perfect luxury beach house

This is a perfect luxury house to stay at. The beautiful decor and the cleanliness of the location was impeccable. My family and I stayed at this house for a long weekend. The walk to the beach was a block away with plenty of stores, restaurants and bars along the quiet and safe streets. Tina was an excellent host with her great communication and attentiveness. Highly recommend staying here for vacation or a perfect getaway.

Great place for large groups to stay. Overall size and layout of the property allows for easy large group gatherings. The house is fully stocked with multiple kitchens, living rooms and laundry areas. The house is walkable to the beach across the street as well as several bars and restaurants.

Luxury Property

This property was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend it to everybody. We were a group of 20 people and rented out the entire property which is two units. Technically, if you sleep two people to every bed, you can fit 40 people between the two units. The entire property was very very clean. I am someone who is very picky about cleanliness and I was super impressed by how clean this property is. The homes are brand new. They are gorgeous, and they are stocked with everything that you may ever need. In fact I think the kitchen is better stocked at this property than it is in my own home. The two sleeping areas with the bunkbeds were perfect for our teenagers while the adults and smaller kids slept in the upstairs bedrooms. The location is perfect right across the street from the beach and next to little shops and restaurants. There was garage parking available and more parking available in the driveway. The property manager was very easy to reach and made sure we were happy with the home. They allowed us to check in early and check out late. My family and I rent luxury homes all over the world and I can tell you that I will definitely stay at this property again. If you’re thinking about booking this property don’t even hesitate just book it. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic Getaway for Large Group...Minutes from the Beach!

The Milos Beach House is an excellent, well-maintained beach house that is in a quiet neighborhood and is minutes away from the beach. It is also conveniently located in terms of access to restaurants and shops. We were looking for a property that could accommodate a large party (26 people!) and provide a sufficient number of bedrooms, bathrooms and the space for all of us to congregate for our group activities. The property exceeded our expectations! It was immaculately clean. The bedrooms and living areas were tastefully furnished. The kitchen was stocked well with utensils for us to use. The bathrooms had sufficient number of towels and stocked with bath essentials. The rooftop hot tub was a greatly appreciated bonus! Over the 4 days we spent here, we achieved a happy mix of being both cozy as a large group and also have the space for us to get together as distributed small groups. We were able to walk to and back from the beach a few times every day and had a wonderful view from the property itself. Our host, Tina, was super responsive throughout! We had a smoke detector start beeping on the day of our arrival - but we got a person sent to take a look and fix the problem very quickly. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy. We greatly appreciated the flexibility shown by Tina to enable early check-in and a late check-out by a few hours! I highly recommend the beach house for large group gatherings in the Tampa area!

Our stay at this Vrbo property was absolutely phenomenal, and it truly felt like a 5-star experience! The home was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after a day of exploring. Family Reunion

Pros: Our group had 27 members and the house easily accommodated everyone. Walking to the beach takes less than 5 minutes and the beach itself is not overly crowded. There is also an abundance of beach gear to make a day at the beach effortless. The house has (4) full size refrigerators so we never ran out of ice, (4) washer/dryer sets and was stocked with plenty of cookware, dishes, etc. Having (2) full kitchens and (2) full sized grills turned out to be a major amenity! Cons: Although the house is listed as having a pool, at this time there are only hot tubs available on the rooftop. Also, the elevator does not travel to the rooftop which was sort of a bummer as our elderly mom was afraid to use the winding stairs. Some in our group reported being unable to use the T.V. in their room or in the living areas and the Wi-fi is definitely sluggish if you have a large group. Overall, the house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The hosts communicate promptly and honestly seemed invested in our having a great stay. We would definitely book here again.

Amazing Beach House Stay

This was the perfect place for our group of 20 friends to come down for an awesome beach vacation. The owners were very helpful and responsive to all questions we had, and the place could not have been more perfect for our needs. We loved it!
