Guest Access:

You will have full private access to the entire single level home during your stay. This includes three comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. Step outside to enjoy your own private backyard oasis, featuring a refreshing swimming pool, a patio for outdoor dining, and a fire pit area. Guests are also welcome to use the game room and movie theater for entertainment. You will have exclusive use of the driveway with parking space for up to three cars.

For those looking for adventure, our central location provides easy access to world class theme parks, water parks, and the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches, all typically reachable within a twenty to thirty minute drive. Whether you want to explore local museums, enjoy a day of fishing, or visit the nearby zoo, this neighborhood serves as the perfect home base for your Florida getaway.



Getting Around:

Our home is conveniently located in Pinellas Park, making it an excellent base for exploring the region. While we recommend having a car to fully enjoy the beautiful beaches and local attractions, the area is easily accessible via ride sharing services like Uber and Lyft. For air travelers, we are ideally situated approximately 15 minutes from St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport and 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport. Parking is hassle free at the property, as we provide a private driveway that accommodates up to three vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

Pool Information The pool is heated for your enjoyment at no additional charge and is typically set to 85 degrees Fahrenheit. Please note that because the pool uses a heat pump, water temperature can vary based on weather conditions. During cooler weather, the pool may not reach the set temperature as heat pumps warm the water relative to the surrounding air. Pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed and weather related fluctuations are not eligible for refunds. Our professional pool team services the property every Monday and Friday. Pet Policy We are happy to welcome pets to our home. Please ensure all pets are included on your reservation so we can prepare for your arrival. Check In and Check Out Early check in and late check out may be available. We do not provide cable television or streaming services. You may log in to your own accounts as the televisions are smart enabled. We provide a propane tank, but refilling the propane is the guest responsibility. We provide a starter pack of supplies to get you started on your trip, but you are responsible for purchasing any further supplies needed during your stay. There is no pool light. The turf has wear and tear and some rips around the putting green.
