Great property, hosts very responsive. The property is nice and close to most places by the golf cart that is provided. The Neighborhood is really quiet. The pool is awesome. Salt water and heated so during the hot summer it was refreshing but not super cold. We would definitely book this again. The only thing I would say is check the Spa and make sure it is off when not in use. I didn’t check when we booked in since we got there around 8 pm. There is a notice to turn it off when not in use written in the welcome book but we didn’t see that until the next day and when I did check, It was on so I had to turn it off but it looks like it was on before we arrived. It’s a propane heating system so the tank can run out if left on.

Indian Rocks Treasure

My family and I enjoyed everything about our stay in this charming home. The pool was fantastic and same for the golf cart. Barry & Alisha are wonderful hosts. This was our first trip to Indian Rocks, we will definitely be back!

You'll want to Stay!!!

This beautiful property worked out perfectly for us. So close to many restaurants, neighborhood shops,beach access parking and friendly local bars. I found it hard to leave the backyard with private pool and hot tub. Planning a return trip already.

Great getaway

It was a great size for the 2 of us. Not sure it would work great for a larger party, due to one bathroom. Pool was nice to have it private. Mosquitoes wasnt fun, but were from FL. Your not going to get away from them anywhere outside in FL.

Perfect spot for a couples get away

We really enjoyed this house. It was our second time traveling to the Indian Rocks Beach area. The house was in a quiet location, but located near all the right places.

Perfect beach getaway with a pool to rival the beach

We loved our time staying here! We brought our furry friends along and the house was perfect for them. We were pleased to find plenty of beach chairs in the garage and the golf cart was more than easy to use. We really loved the ease of access to town and beach. Will definitely return for another stay!

A fabulous week away

My wife wanted a place on the beach. I wanted a private pool/hot tub. This location allowed both since they had a golf cart that made beach trips easy, as well as trips to PJ's. The pool was fabulous. The kitchen was well equipped and we made a lot of meals. I hope we can stay here again in the future.

Great Vacation

We had an excellent vacation! Very easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants. The property was beautiful. The only recommendation I have for future guests is to bring bug spray for after dark hours.

Get away with pets!

Very well appointed house for our Florida stay. We brought our two dogs with us and the fenced in backyard was perfect! Nice neighborhood, beautiful beaches, parks, and restaurants. Really enjoyed taking the golf cart out and relaxing in the hot tub.

Great Family Vacation

Property well exceded our expectations. We met Barry the first day .. informative and pleasant. Nice touch with the bottle of Sangria too. Loved that our dogs could roam free and not have to worry about them. We travel a bit and this property is one of ours favorites. Pool and Hotub spotless and heats up quickly .. great access to beach and golf cart is a plus! Hope to visit again next year

Great Weekend in Charming IRB

House is great and walking/ biking/ golf cart distance to multiple bars and restaurants. Pool is super refreshing and relaxing. Our pup loved it too

Great place!

Amazing place, clean, comfortable, and it came with everything we could think of including floaties for my 1 year old. The golf cart was great, and the beach access is a straight shot about 1/2 mile away.

Perfect for a Family Trip

We had an absolute WONDERFUL experience! The house is beautiful and perfect for a family! The golf cart made a huge difference. We never had to use the vehicle we rented. It is so close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The back yard was a dream. 100% would book with these hosts again.

Wonderful place to stay for us and our dogs.

Loved staying here as it was immaculately clean, looked freshly painted, very well care for and the owners spared no expense providing extra touches to make the trip enjoyable. The backyard pool area was perfect for our 2 St. Bernards and us with the controls for the pool easy to work. Pool was heated and very comfortable. Fenced yard allowed us to enjoy the pool without worrying about the dogs. Having the golf cart available with the house was beyond fun. One of our favorite places that we have ever stayed!

JUST WHAT WE NEEDED

Our first trip to Florida for spring break and it didn't disappoint. The property was just as the pictures described and our family loved it. A good time kinda place that provides a lot of fun and was very relaxing at the same time. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The beach was very close and the owners really did think of everything to help make your stay more enjoyable. An overall great vacation.... just book it, you won't be disappointed.

Island Oasis

This house offered everything we could want. The backyard pool/hot tub/ and outdoor shower were perfect. We spent hours outdoors just enjoying the space. The golf was great for going to the beach during the day, and in the evenings to see the sunsets. Our stay was perfect from the very beginning. Barry and Alisha were amazing. Communication was excellent.

Paradise in your own backyard

This property, the personal attention to detail and the location is all perfection. We had such a relaxing vacation. Beach, backyard pool, coffee shop or restaurants all a wonderful experience. Golf cart added a bit of fun too.
