Inside, you’ll find a spacious great room, a huge fully stocked kitchen, high ceilings, and multiple gathering spaces designed for relaxing, dining, and spending time together. Outside, the backyard feels like a private resort, with a saltwater pool, saltwater hot tub, poolside bar, grill area, lounge seating, and plenty of space to enjoy the Florida sunshine.

There are alarms on all doors and windows that access the pool (these can be easily turned on or off at the top of the doors/windows, it is up to the guest to have them set appropriately for their group)

Pool/Spa Heater:
The spa thermostat will be set to 102F / 39C at no charge.
Pool heat is available for $50 per night and must be purchased for the entire reservation prior to arrival.
When pool heat is purchased, the heater will be set to 85°F beginning the day before your arrival. Please note that the actual pool temperature cannot be guaranteed, as outdoor temperatures, wind, and other weather conditions can significantly affect the heater’s performance.
Swimming pools contain a large volume of water and require substantial energy and time to heat, particularly during cooler weather.

*Damage Waiver Fee:
To enhance your stay, a non-refundable damage waiver fee is included in your booking. This fee covers incidental damages up to a specified amount, ensuring that minor mishaps won`t disrupt your vacation or result in additional costs. Please note that this fee does not cover extensive damages, and guests remain responsible for the care of the property during their stay.

Things to Do Nearby:
One of the best parts of staying here is how easy it is to mix beach time with everything else. You’re just minutes from the sand, close to local restaurants and bars, and near a great mix of family-friendly activities, outdoor spots, and low-key local favorites. Spend the morning at the beach, grab lunch nearby, play pickleball at Kolb Park, take the kids to Splash Harbour Water Park, or head out for a sunset walk. If your group likes to stay busy, this location makes it easy.

Sun & sand:
Indian Rocks Beach is about a mile away so beach mornings and sunset walks can be part of your everyday routine. You’re also close to 5th Street beach access, Clearwater Beach, and Caladesi Island State Park if you want to explore beyond your closest stretch of sand.

Restaurants & bars:
You’re close to a great mix of casual beach-town favorites and a couple of nicer dinner options, so it’s easy to go from fish tacos and cold drinks to a more polished night out. For relaxed post-beach meals, nearby favorites include P.J.’s Oyster Bar, Jake’s Coastal Cantina, The Original Crabby Bill’s, Keegan’s Seafood Grille, and Hurricane Eddie’s, all of which appear to be currently operating. For a more upscale dinner, Guppy’s on the Beach, Salt Rock and Villa Gallace are good nearby options.

Parks, pickleball, and outdoor fun:
Beyond the beach, the area has a lot to offer for active groups and families. Kolb Park is a great nearby option for pickleball, tennis, basketball, and playground time. The Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve is a nice change of pace if you want a quiet walk through mangroves and along the boardwalk, and Largo Central Park and other nearby green spaces are great for getting outside without making a day of it.

Family attractions:
Splash Harbour Water Park is a fun nearby outing for kids and adults alike, especially on days when you want a break from the beach but still want something easy and vacation-friendly. You’re also within reach of Pier 60, the Florida Botanical Gardens, the Alligator & Wildlife Discovery Center, and Busch Gardens if your group wants to branch out for a bigger day trip.

Nature and wildlife:
If your group enjoys wildlife and the outdoors, there are several good options nearby for birdwatching, nature walks, and getting on the water. The Indian Rocks Beach area is known for its parks, preserves, and easy access to boating, kayaking, and dolphin-watching excursions.

Golf and spring training:
Golfers have several courses nearby, including Largo Golf Course, East Bay Golf Club, Cove Cay, and Mainlands. In season, Clearwater spring training is also an easy outing from the house.

Airports:
St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport is about 11 miles away, and Tampa International Airport is about 24 miles away, making arrivals and departures quick and easy for groups flying in.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

No smoking inside, you can smoke outside but please be at least 15 feet from any door or window to prevent the interior from smelling of smoke. It should go without saying but if you do smoke please pick up after yourself and don’t put out cigarettes on furniture, the house, the patio, etc…
No pets, there is a $500 fine if it is found that there was a pet at the property.
No unregistered guests, $100 fine per person, per night, for unregistered guests.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area. There is no lifeguard on duty and guests are responsible for their own safety.
Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedrooms.
Please adhere to quiet hours of 10 pm to 9 am.
Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $100/10 minute past 10am checkout fee if not arranged in advance.
Please take care of the furnishings. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
