The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home in Largo. Our charming house features a comfortable master bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom equipped with both a queen and a double bed, perfect for families. The living room includes a sofa bed for additional guests. You will have access to two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances like a dishwasher and blender, and a dedicated workspace. Enjoy the outdoors in our private garden, complete with a patio, outdoor seating, and a barbecue grill for your evening meals. We provide high speed wireless internet throughout the property to ensure you stay connected, along with a laundry room featuring a washer and dryer for your convenience. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, offering easy access to local parks, shopping centers, and beautiful beaches just a short drive away. Whether you are here for a relaxing vacation or a productive business trip, our space is designed to provide all the comforts and amenities you need for a memorable stay.

Master Suite: Features a queen bed, smart TV (24") and spacious closet.

2nd Bedroom: Features one queen bed, one full bed and a 42" SmartTV.

Kitchen: Spacious with large countertops and all the appliances you need.

Living Areas:

Spacious living room with a large sofa bed, a dining area, and a backroom with a working desk and foosball table, with view to our fully fenced backyard.

Free Wi-Fi, Washer and Dryer (available for your use in the garage)

Guest Access:

You will receive a unique access code for the smart lock two days before your arrival, ensuring a smooth and contactless check-in process. Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire house, including the private garden and backyard, perfect for outdoor relaxation. Please note that certain cabinets are reserved for housekeeping and owner use only. You are welcome to utilize the free parking spaces available directly in the driveway for your convenience.

The neighborhood is surrounded by local parks, diverse dining options, and convenient shopping centers, ensuring everything you need is within reach. Whether you are looking to enjoy water sports, explore local nature trails, or simply relax in a quiet residential setting, our location provides the ideal balance for a memorable Florida getaway.



Getting Around:

Getting to our home is easy and convenient for your whole family. We offer free parking directly on the premises so you can keep your vehicle safe and accessible. If you are flying in, the property is located within a reasonable driving distance of Tampa International Airport, typically taking about thirty to forty minutes depending on traffic. While public transportation options are available in the Largo area, we recommend having a car so you can easily transport your children and gear to fully enjoy the local beaches and attractions at your own pace.



Other Things to Note:

• Responsible renter must be 21 years or older - no exceptions.



• Provide the exact number of guests so we will make sure the house is ready to accommodate your group and will have all the amenities needed.



• Prior to your arrival you will need to fill a pre check-in form (that is a requirement so you can access the property and for insurance purposes). If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.



• We have a set of House Rules that must be followed by all guests during the entire stay. Failure to comply with these rules can lead to additional charges and a negative review that can affect your reputation with other hosts.



- TAKE CARE OF FURNISHINGS, LINENS AND TOWELS: Any damaged, stained or missing items will result in a fee to cover the cost of repair or replacement. No exceptions.



- NO PARTIES/EVENTS: Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Our quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am. If an issue occurs that results in damage to the property and/or noise complaints, you will be fined accordingly. Thank you for being respectful to our neighbors.



- NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. That includes vapes, e-cigs and any type of electronic cigarettes. If it is found that smoking occurred, you will be fined and charged for extra cleaning costs.



- RESPECT CHECK IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES: In order for our home to be cleaned properly for you as well as our future guests, please respect our check-in time of 4:00PM EST and check-out time of 11:00AM EST. A late check-out will result in an additional $150 charge, unless prior arrangements are made with the host.



• PET POLICY: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Seacrest Bungalow to accomodate guests with allergies and ensure cleanliness. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
