GUEST ACCESS
You`ll have private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit. The fenced backyard is shared with the other unit on the property, with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs, a BBQ grill, a picnic table with an umbrella, cornhole and string lights. Please be considerate of other guests using the space.

• About a 10-minute drive to Clearwater Beach and downtown Clearwater
• Minutes from scenic bike trails
• Seminole Boat Ramp is 3 minutes away

GOOD TO KNOW
• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
• The driveway is shared with the other unit on the property. Park in the shared driveway next to your unit.
• Pets: one pet maximum, $150 pet fee. Undisclosed pets: $300 fine. Guests in the other unit may also have a dog.
• Security cameras are on the exterior of the building, covering the front and back. There are no cameras inside the unit.

YOUR HOSTS
We give our guests complete privacy and won`t be on-site, but we`re always a message or phone call away. We`re typically available right away between 10 AM and 8 PM.
When using the firepit, please make sure it`s fully out after use.

If you bring a pet, please pick up after it. Extra pet waste bags are under the kitchen sink. Pet waste left on the property may need extra cleaning, which would be requested through your booking platform.
