Un espace conçu pour être super pratique tout en étant élégant. Une très bonne literie et des canapés confortables. Bien situé à 3 minutes à pied du centre, et même un petit supermarché à 20m.

Emplacement parfait.
Un emplacement parfait à St-Rémy de Provence. Tout peut se faire à pied: épicerie à 1 minute, tous les restos et la zone piétonne en moins de 5 minutes. Une hôte charmante et toute attentionnée. Merci Geneviève. De St-Rémy, vous êtes central pour rayonner dans les environs, Avignon, Arles, le Luberon, etc. Notre période séjour (avril)ne commandait pas une piscine mais en période chaude, vous pourriez être jaloux de vos voisins adjacents qui ont ce privilège. Dans un tel cas, privilégiez le Mas d’Arthur, de la même propriétaire, juste à côté…mais le trahir ne sera pas le même.

Merci pour ces commentaires! Pour l’odeur (qui n’existait pas avant) j’ai trouvé aujourd’hui avec le plombier, un syphon d’une douche avait été dévissé et mal remis en place dans la chambre de gauche! Désolé! Heureusement s’est réparé!

Très bon séjour dans un mas très confortable.
Ce gîte est très bien situé, en centre-ville, et pourtant très au calme. Il bénéficie de tout le confort moderne, même si bien sûr, on peut toujours espérer quelques aménagements supplémentaires, notamment pour cuisiner. Mais c’est parfait pour des vacances. L’accueil était très agréable. On s’est senti comme chez nous. le petit jardin est vraiment agréable par beau temps.

Séjour fort agréable dans ce gîte aux bonnes dimensions pour 2 ou 4 personnes, proche de tous les commerces de Saint-Remy-de-Provence et de son marché. Joliment décoré, bien équipé, calme et excellente literie. Et bien situé géographiquement pour visiter les alentours. En période de pandémie nous avons apprécié de trouver de nombreux traiteurs et restaurants proposant des menus à emporter.

Située très près du centre-ville, cette propriété typique permet d'accéder à pied à tous les atouts du village ou d'accéder rapidement aux autres sites d'intérêt de la Provence. Great place
This is the place to stay in St. Remy. Location is perfect, walk to all shops, restaurant's, close grocery store and gourmet food store. Don't miss the Wednesday's market, one of the best in France! House is well appointed, good kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable beds and updated bathrooms with walk in showers. Outdoor area has barbeque, chairs and table and lounges. An olive tree, lavender bush and cypress tree complete the space(so Provence). Genevieve is a most accommodating host. Anything you need just text her and she answer immediately to help. Would definitely stay here again.

First class all the way
Property is exactly as described - very comfortable for 4 adults. Fantastic location, beautiful/charming property, wonderful host who lives locally, is very responsive and puts the quality of the stay of her guests as her highest priority. Everything is first class - for example comfortable beds and pillows, top quality bedding. Very close to all amenities, quick walk to dozens of restaurants, supermarket within 2 minutes walk. Very quiet location. I would very highly recommend. Well done, Genevieve, and a very big thank you. We will be back next year!

St Remy Cottage
This is a lovely, small, French cottage-like home which is just a few blocks from the center of town. We were easily able to walk to restaurants, shops and points of interest. Especially fun is the Wednesday market which consumes the town. There was also a grocery store two blocks away. St. Remy is a beautiful town and this was our second stay at this house When we arrived there were some problems with the internet and one of the showers not draining. Genevieve responded quickly and arranged for someone to fix the internet. She took care of the shower!! Since we were last there, four years ago, we expected there might be a few upgrades. Each bedroom has a bathroom, which is great. But neither bathroom has a door! The living room has two very, very low and deep couches which didn’t provide comfort after a long day of touring. Finally an easy upgrade would be the replacement of all the chipped coffee cups and several of the wine glasses. Great location in a perfect place that needs a few upgrades.

Pour internet, le disfonctionnement était dans toute la rue et a mis 3 jours pour être réparé ( je vous avais laissé une clef 4G vous vous connecté en attendant) En ce qui concerne le canapé, je suis très étonné de votre mécontentement car c’est un canapé en plume de chez Roche Bobois que tous mes hôtes trouvent tres confortable ! C’est vrai qu’ils sont bas et peut-être mal adaptés à des personnes âgées. En ce qui concerne les tasses et les verres, je vais m’en occuper toute de suite! J’espère que vous avez fait un très bon voyage de retour

Lovely home in a lovely town
We stayed 4 days in Genevieve’s sweet townhome. She personally met us at the house to check us in and made sure we had everything we needed. The house has 2 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a well-stocked kitchen which were wonderfully spacious after staying in French hotel rooms. Note that the stairs to the bedrooms are quite steep for those who may have difficulty with stairs. Be sure to bring your own toiletries, but if you don’t, there is a nice market/grocery store just steps away, It’s only about 2 blocks to the historic town of St. Remy, where there are many very good restaurants and shopping. We loved walking through the beautiful winding streets of the old town and relaxing in the green, tree-lined squares. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen: Das Haus war wunderschön, die Lage ideal. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Mitten in Saint-Rémy zu sein, dabei eine ruhige Unterkunft zu haben, war ein echter Glücksgriff! Sehr gerne wieder!!!

Great apartment and perfect location
Comfortable apartment and easy walking distance to everything. The Wi-Fi was very sketchy, so that wasn’t great. But all else was really fabulous!

Thank you for your comments. Concerning the WiFi, it was a general breakdown, for the entire street. I proposed you the only alternative that I had with a 4G card. The problem will be resolved next week.

Perfect spot as a base for visiting the area
I cannot say enough glorious things about our stay. We were visiting Provence, a group of three girls and it was the perfect home base to get out all over the area. The home is immaculate and within steps of the grocery and a fine food store. We had fresh bread, wines, cheeses every evening. There is a tourist office just across the street with loads of information on what to do in the area. St Remy itself is the most wonderful little village. The locals are very friendly and charming. I highly recommend visiting the sanitarium where Van Gogh stayed for a year of his life and it’s a very short drive from this home. You could even walk if you shoes. There are ancient ruins very close by as well. The home itself is spacious, clean, and comfortable. You have everything you could possibly need and we felt very safe and comfortable there. There is a parking spot for a car and it’s a quiet area and close to town. We would walk into the village for meals and ice cream. The host was so sweet and friendly and was prompt and checked us in quickly and efficiently. If we are ever back, we will definitely stay again!

A very special stay
My wife and I spent a very happy few days in this well appointed mas. The location is perfect and an easy walk into the centre of St Remy. Grocery shopping is literally around the corner and an ideal base for one or two couples to explore the beautiful St Remy and surrounding towns. Our hosts were also very accommodating with a late check-out on our last day. Highly recommended. Thank you.

We spent 8 nights at Mas d'Oscar in June and loved our time there. The house is charming, clean, comfortable and well-equipped, both inside and outside on the lovely, private patio. Genevieve, the owner, was very helpful and responsive and the location couldn't be beat. It's close to everything in beautiful St. Remy, a short walk to a grocery store and gourmet market (great prepared food option's at Karen's!) and has a dedicated parking spot right out front, which was a real perk. We'd definitely stay there again.

We loved our week long stay in Saint Remy at Genevieve’s fabulous place. It was spotless, had all the amenities we needed and couldn’t have been in a better location just a few minutes walk to nearby cafes, shops, and markets. It was the perfect spot to travel to nearby villages in the morning and return to in the evening. Genevieve shared her favorite places to eat and even left us a bottle of chilled rose. We’d love to return!

Lovely house, central but quiet
We had a lovely time in this house. The owner, Genevieve, welcomed us and gave us nice tips for eating out. The house is very well appointed, the kitchen has everything we could possibly need. The living room is downstairs and it is nice and comfy. There are two bedrooms upstairs, also very nice, both with ensuite bathrooms. The garden has a wonderful lounge bed, which we made use of every day, as well as a dining table with a generous sun umbrella. There is also a barbecue, which we didn’t have a chance to use. The house is very central, 5 minutes away from the Townhall of St Rémy, but off the street, so very quiet! There is a reserved parking space at the entrance of the house, very convenient as the nearby public parking lot was quite busy.

OUTSTANDING PLACE TO STAY WHILE IN PROVENCE!!!
My husband and I spent 9 days at this absolutely wonderful accommodation. The house was literally in downtown St Remy. This perfect location made for delightful strolls to all of the many restaurants, shops, and things to do within this charming town. We made engaging day trips to surrounding towns and villages. The house was inviting and had everything we needed including a private parking spot and washer and dryer. Beautifully decorated and with all of the amenities, the lovely hosts had a bottle of wine ready and chilled upon our arrival. We will bring our entire family back and stay at the hosts' larger property within a block in the future. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY! It was everything advertised and more.

A perfect home away from home!
We just departed from staying 7 nights in “Mas d’Oscar” and cannot say enough about Genevieve & this fantastic house in St. Remy. From the start, Genevieve was responsive & booking was easy. The house--Mas d’Oscar is everything and more than what you see in the photos. Genevieve greeted us with open arms, showed us through the house & she has thought of everything that travelers need to make their stay comfortable and easy. For Americans like us….there is ample room, 2 full bathrooms that are well stocked with towels, another half-bath with a washer & dryer, and just about every kitchen aid that you might desire. We prepared meals several times & the stove and oven are easy to use. The kitchen is large and roomy; the living room has two very comfortable couches & a fireplace. These are great rooms to relax in after a long day of hiking or spending time going through markets around the area. Hot water is abundant, and, in the bathrooms, each has a generous stall shower. The house is tastefully decorated, with soothing colors and hues that blend nicely with the stone walls. Cannot tell you enough about how comfortable the bed was (we slept in one of the two bedrooms) except to say that we slept like babies! The linens are new and simply lovely. We were here at the end of September, so sleeping with the windows open meant cool nights but very clear skies, so you can see all the stars that Van Gogh marveled at and captured in his paintings. Outdoors, Genevieve has two comfortable lounge chairs (where her grandson Oscar is pictured on the VRBO site) along with a table & chairs, two additional tilt lounges, and a gas grill. It is a lovely yard with an olive tree, all enclosed for privacy. Parking right at the house was a bonus! It is a squeeze if you have a large car to maneuver through the alley like our automatic, but we did fine. Really, this was an outstanding house to spend the week. The area is quiet & you’ll get the rest you want. Mas d’Oscar is just a few yards from a U market for groceries, but also, there’s a small food specialty store “Karen” right next to the U with fresh pasta, cheeses, arancini, etc; a butcher nearby, & you are just outside the main center of St. Remy---literally a 3 minute walk from the house. Genevieve has guides to the area & the Tourist Info office is just across from the driveway into the house. Genevieve…..Merci beaucoup d’avoir fait de cette maison pour les voyageurs! Mark and I hope to return again!
