« Great location. Great staff. Clean room. Good food »

« The room was very spacious. The staff was incredibly kind. Thimphu is small enough you can walk everywhere. If you do a hike or anything they’ll make you a “to go” box. My ONLY complaint is you can hear noises outside, but if you are a heavy sleeper it will be fine. Wonderful hotel. »

« Services are not at par with the price. WiFi connection was always unstable and particularly the food was not to the standard of a 5 star hotel. »

« I had a nice time staying in Khamsum inn . I wish I cound give them excellent rating. They need to work little more on that. Next time , I will ask for the room one above. Little away from noise and for a better view. Service staffs are wonderful , Like Drupchu , Purnima and others. Kitchen needs to be more professional. When I come back to Thimphu I know where to stay. Best of luck for Khamsum Inn . »

« We had a fantastic stay at Phuntsho Khangsar. It was a lovely spacious room with a beautiful location overlooking Thimpu City. We had the view of the famous Buddha statue straight from our balcony. The highlight of the place was the staff who were very warm and offered excellent service. Mr Tshering the Operations Manager was always ready to help.
