« Booked 4 rooms for guests to a function. My review is based on their feedback. The address of the property on Expedia is wrong. There are 3 butterfly apartments managed by the same team. When our first guest reached the property at Expedia address, they redirected them elsewhere. Even that took a while as the manager seems confused. Our guest had to spend an extra hour running around on ubers before they got a room. Fortunately, I could inform my other guests of the correct location so the pain...

« The room was not clean, the bathroom was poorly maintained, and even the hallway looked dirty and unkept. Overall, the cleanliness throughout the hotel was very disappointing. I expected a much better experience, but the condition of the room and surroundings made the stay uncomfortable. I hope the management seriously improves their housekeeping standards. »
