„Owner was slow to answer emails (often 2-3 days) and often required multiple emails from request to rent, questions, and even while we were there. There were very minimal amenities (only 4 dining chairs for 5 BR house, very minimal cookware, only 5 towel sets for rental with 8 people.) Towel bar and toilet paper holder in upstairs hall bath fell off wall with normal use. Shoes were left in front coat closet upon our arrival.“

We only learned there were other guests in the basement from hearing their activity, then their smoke alarm going off from a cooking incident. The keyed locks on either side of the door gave us some peace of mind for privacy & safety, but it wasn’t ideal and felt a little awkward.
