„An extremely quiant location and house. Plenty of room to sit and chat both inside and out. Great space to bring some kids if you have them as well! In addition, this is in a very central location to the many wineries in the area. It was easy to plan a route where the longest drive was only 25 minutes out while still being able to go to the other lakes the next day.“

„There is NO house number on the building. The host did NOT provide us with info prior to arrival, we had to message him to get access. It appeared that check in was at 4:00, but turned out it was 3:00. The actual property appearance does NOT look like the pictures online. Outside is overgrown, dirty and cobweb’s everywhere. „This house was excellent. Very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need. Also had plenty of towels for the family. The beds were very comfortable and it’s very quiet. Very easy to get to Penn Yan by car in a few minutes. We will definitely rent this property again.“
