« Check in was quick and easy, cabin has everything you need and was clean and tidy. The downstairs game room and theater were a fun touch and host was so friendly! If we come back to rrg this place will be our first choice. »

« It was an okay place. Staff was friendly and it was basically clean. Issues were: the elevator was out of order the 3 days we were there and the side entry door which was suppose to be locked with room card access was never locked which is a security issue for me. »

The vanity cabinet had something spilled all over them. No soap at sink. Had to use soap from dispenser in shower. The balcony off our room had bird droppings all over balcony and seats. It was not usable. Bathroom faucet was pulled away from wall. I had to hold it in to pull stopper up for a shower. The cleanliness of room was not worth the rate we were...
