„The house and property were in excellent shape. The pool was a definite PLUS, clean with nice sitting area poolside. The only negative was there could have been more dishes and a larger coffee pot for a place rated for 9 people. Otherwise, it was excellent!“

„We stayed in Gainesville during July 4th and needed to book a place that would accommodate not only my husband and me, but also our little pup-pups. As I was also going to UF SHands (just a few minutes away) - it was perfect. It was well appointed and clean. The neighbors were also SO NICE - especially as I had just come out of surgery and part of a tree fell, and they rushed out and took care of it and told me not to do anything! Wonderful southern hospitality. We were very comfortable.  ...

„Very nice rental. Check in very smooth, owner very responsive. Pool was a big hit with the grandchildren. Great mattresses on beds. This is an older home, but it was clean with a terrific floor plan. A better equipped kitchen (Full set of dishes, eating utensils, and coffee mugs) would elevate this to an excellent rating. “
