As with any shared-building setting, guests may occasionally hear light ambient sounds or footsteps from neighbors above. This property requires a $300 refundable security deposit, signed rental agreement, and ID verification prior to check-in.

Parking passes are required and must be returned at checkout. Failure to return a parking pass will result in fees and charges as outlined in the rental agreement.



IMPORTANT BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

A signed rental agreement, government-issued picture ID, and a $300 refundable security deposit are required before check-in.

Cancellation policy: Eligible cancellations at least 7 days before arrival receive a 96% refund. No refund is available within 7 days of arrival. The 48-hour free-cancellation grace period applies when arrival is at least 72 hours away at booking.
