Vraiment décu
Dans la chambre a coté de moi il y avait un chien qui aboyais, la chambre de l'autre coté ja crois que l'homme habitait la alors souvent a l'extérieur pour fumer* dison que ca sentais pas mal la cigarette. Ailleur pret de ma chambre quelqu'un fumait des joints, ca sentait pas mal. Pour ce qui est de la chambre, la personne qui fesait le ménage ne nettoyait pas la cafetiere, le lit mesurait environ 36 pouces de haut et le sofa était tout taché. Je ne retournerai plus dans un day inn a l'avenir.

The management at this hotel had terrible customer service. They were not able to accommodate an elderly couple and their caregiver in a first floor room. There was no way for the couple to get to a second floor room with their walkers. The property would not issue a refund even though they could not check the party in. They said it was up to Expedia to issue the refund. Expedia refused a refund stating there were no special requests entered on the reservation. C’mon, the 88 year old couple was good to make an online reservation while traveling on the road for an emergency. They deserve the benefit of the doubt and the hotel did not incur any expenses. The Days Inn in Statesboro, Ga. and Expedia demonstrated greed over service. Despicable!

Zachery Harper, sir I apologize that these televisions are tricky. All you had to was change the channel. If the remote wasn't working then you are more than welcome to call or come down to the front office and ask for assistance. We would have been glad to be of service. The handicap room bathroom didn’t have a walk-in shower. How is a challenged person supposed to climb over a tall bathtub? The bed was so high that a person would need a step ladder to get in. I’m 5’10’”. Makes no sense. The tv operation was absurdly difficult. A $50 charge was added to the bill to cover “possible damage”.My wife and I are 80 years old, what on earth were they expecting us to do? Days Inn has seen the last of us.

Mr. Bagley, being that this is a newly purchased facility, we have not had time to upgrade all of our amenities. At no point in time did you reach out and ask for assistance that was making your stay unpleasant. A incidental deposit was taken from you as it is from everyone. Unfortunately, we have guests that intentionally destroy property and/or steal. Therefore, to cover the costs of damage or loss of property we have to implement policies such as this. When guests check out it usually is refunded within 5 to 7 business days after inspection of the room. We are sorry that you feel the way that you do and wish you and your wife will come see us again after all is completed. Have a blessed day:)

Warren, I am sorry that this established is not what it portrays in the pictures online. In my experience, nothing is the same in person as is on line. The new owners are turning the establishment around from the attention it received from the preceding owners.

The staff were very nice and accommodating! However the entire establishment could use an upgrade. Something simple like new sheets and comforters, everything looked and felt dingy. The light over the sink clearly needed a new bulb and we had to move one of the table lamps just to see in the mirror. The floors and caulking around the tub could be redone to give the place a cleaner feel.. unfortunately where the staff were lovely the condition of the room overshadowed. Especially for the price.. I felt like we were in a facility that catered to “hourly” patrons if you get my drift..

The new manager has a vision in mind and he will accomplish this within reason. The property looks to be neglected. The shower walls were dirty. The towels had stains. The canvas awing is ripped to shreds. The continental breakfast was poor. Cereal and coffee with one piece of fruit.

Mr. Charles, no sir the property is not neglected as if it were you would not have stayed in newly renovated rooms. Maybe the awnings are shredding but those are soon to be replaced. We have to complete one task before another one is started on. Wouldn't you agree? Yes sir, things could better and with the insight of our guests we hope to improve this facility. If you would look into the definition of the continental breakfast, you would see that was what we served. I am sorry if the selection was sparse by the time you arrived sir. We walked into our room and the smell was terrible. There were dead bugs on the floor, there were stains and tears on the couch, the floors were dirty and there was hair and bugs on the floor in the bathroom. We walked right back out. It was the worst hotel room I have ever encountered.

It was hot when we walked in. There were no lights in the room only the bathroom lights. It reaked of paint. The toilet had dried urine on it and when we checked in we were told the room was being cleaned. We checked in at 6pm, check in is at 3pm and were told the room was being cleaned and we would have to wait 20 minutes. The TV didn't work properly.

Here is what wrong with your facility, Door i had to kick in, and it took a 5 minutes to fight to get out. Ac smells like dirty dog furniture look like a dog chewed on it or it is roting out. The hard wood floors are cold The location is in the back dark location. A cart full of trash bags out in the middle of the parking lot. I stayed there maybe long enough to eat dinner.

James, thank you for letting us know about the door. The previous guest had no issues so we were not aware. We will remedy that as soon as possible. There is nothing we can do about wood flooring, we do not have heated floors nor are we planning too. The back part of the hotel is well lit and under surveillance at all times. I had a reservation for Thursday night. When I got to the hotel about eight or 9 PM there were police cars surrounding the property. I hung around in the parking lot for a good half hour and police were knocking on doors so obviously there was something major happening. I did not feel safe and therefore did not stay that night. Is there anyway I could get a refund for this?

The hotel is very dirty. We moved out of our first room because the room was covered in dust and just nasty sheets, dirty dusty molded curtains. The next room was not as bad, definitely still dusty, floor was definitely not cleaned in a while, mold in bathroom, and sheets were stained. Staff is nice and friendly but overall not a good experience. Outside was sketchy as well there was always someone smoking pot somewhere in parkinglot.

My recent one-night stay at Days Inn for a college event was deeply disappointing. The room itself was unclean, with visible dirt and malfunctioning amenities like the toilet flush and shower hot water. Additionally, I encountered roaches in the room, raising serious concerns about sanitation. The bedding was also unclean, further impacting the comfort and hygiene of the stay. To top it off, the "free breakfast" consisted only of sliced bread, falling far short of expectations and misleading guests. While the location may have been convenient for the college event, the overall experience did not justify the cost. Due to the significant issues I encountered, I cannot recommend this hotel and would advise seeking alternative accommodations.

Hello Pritesh, we are sorry about your recent experience at the Days Inn.. But the hotel is currently undergoing renovations as there are multiple signs posted throughout the property, the hotel was sold out almost a month in advance so we have had to rush to complete all of the rooms so customers have a room to stay in, it is far better than having no room to stay in... We wanted the guest to have a place since every hotel in the town was also completely booked. Breakfast includes: Milk, 2 choices of cereal, multiple flavors of Oatmeal, Coffee, Tea, and your choice of Apple or Bananas. If Something was out in the area, the Front Desk would be more than happy to accommodate, you would just need to ask :).

The ice maker near my room was missing. The refrigerator in my room was not working but was still so noisy I could not sleep. The room heat was not operating properly. The dining room had construction debris scattered in the area. For some reason I was asked to leave a $50 deposit at check in. I think I should have a refund.

Thank god it was for one night only.
Hair in the pillows, stains on the bed spread, the ceiling looked like it was covered in mold, the floors were dirty, no lights connected to the switch (lamp in the corner had no bulb), the chair had a nasty stain, the door looked like tried to claw out. Slept in our clothes. For what we paid, I expected a lot more.

Mr. Sawyer, I thank you for letting us know what you found unsatisfactory. I understand how upset you may be about the furniture and stains on the bedding. Just so you are made aware, new furniture is coming in to replace the used that was left behind from the previous owners and the duvet covers are being replaced as we speak. As for the light, all you had to do is call front desk and we would have resolved the issue. The sign that you so proudly took a picture of is for the protection of the guests. Any animal may be gentle with its owners; however, around strangers may have a different approach. That is the animal owners liability not ours. From personal experience, my dogs do not interact with strangers quite so lovingly as they do with me. So with that being said thank you for taking notice of the things that you did.

First room smoked in. 2nd room ac no control knobs. Not 1 of, but the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Room was cold, heater had no knobs to control it. Pillows were more like couch throw pillows, room smelled like saw dust. Bath tub was dirty ( not real bad, but still). Coffee was available in the room, but no machine to bRew it. Parking sucked as cars were double and triple parked. This should be more of a $50-$60 a night stay, definitely not what was paid. Unfortunately i arrived very late and needed sleep, so i wasent able to find another place to stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you were not pleased with your stay. For whatever reason we hope to remedy that upon your arrival in the future. Our room was scary dirty. We requested a non smoking and were given a smoking room that smelled like a chain smoker just left. The floors were dirty the fridge and microwave were crusted over. My family and I were afraid to use the bathroom. I requested an exchange. It was approved and was directed to bring my key and remove my luggage. I came back in 7 min and the lady gave the room to another. The manager James was unreliable as well. We came for a graduation happening the next day, and all other hotels were sold out. We had no where else to stay.. we slept fully clothed. My mother actually slept with her purse under her arm, that’s how frightful this facility is. They are borrowing the name and reputation of Wyndham, but are in actuality an infested hotel that looks like it needs to charge by the hour. Ruuuuunnnnn!!!

Just like every other hotel, we only had a few rooms available due to graduation. We tried to accommodate your needs and offered what we had available. I am sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay. We are also undergoing renovations as we are in the middle of upgrading our amenities. Our manager is a young man by the name of Raj who I know would accommodate anyone within reason. I am sorry that whoever you dealt with was unforthcoming. This facility is a well lighted area that is under surveillance at all times and I do apologize that you felt unsafe.
