This spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath condo is located within walking distance of the Georgia Southern Campus and just a block from the stadium. This is the perfect location for attending football games, visiting students on campus, family weekends, Holidays, or a business trip to the Boro. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and cooking utensils including a coffee maker. You'll feel right at home whether you're renting for a few days or long term.

This unit is a second floor two story with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. There is one bedroom and bath on the main floor with all others upstairs. There is also a roll away bed in a cabinet in the downstairs bedroom. Linens for the roll away are in the cabinet with the bed. It is not to be moved from the first floor. Moving it upstairs will result in and extra charge of $50.

There is a washer and dryer available for your use. Bring your own detergents. There are also two baby gates available if you want to keep your little ones off the inside stairs.
We have good internet service and subscribe to several streaming services. You are welcome to log in to your personal services but don't forget to log out when you're done. You are not allowed to incur any charges that will be billed to our account.

Park your car on game day and walk to the stadium. During Football Season, free parking passes are available so that you can leave your car at the condo where parking would normally be restricted.
