Personnels gentils. »

« Good flat, however the AC is really poorly designed, you will get a flu in just one night in it. It’s well furnished, and ideally located near by the heart of Madrid though »

« I like all »

« Great stay!! Bed was comfy and great location »

« Clean room with air conditioning, shared kitchen and bathroom are also clean. That's pretty much all the advantages of this place. There is a long list of disadvantages, if you choose to stay. 1) The owner doesn't speak English. Communication is strictly Spanish only. 2) Location is not exactly convenient. It is 10 minutes walking distance away from nearby bus stops, which means you can't take advantage of the excellent public transportation system in Madrid. Walking to major attractions need...

« The apartment was a bit dirty and had maintenance items, like doors and wooden panels, behind the sofa in the living room, which was unappealing. There was also considerable damage to the shower doors, room doors, and the walls of the apartment. In my opinion, they should perform a general maintenance check before renting out the property. On the positive side, the location was in the heart of Madrid, with almost all tourist attractions within walking distance. »
