"10/10 – absolut perfekt! Unser Aufenthalt im CX Naples Centrale war einfach hervorragend. Das Hotel liegt ideal in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs Napoli Centrale, perfekt für Ausflüge und den Flughafen-Transfer, aber trotzdem ruhig genug zum Entspannen. Das Zimmer war modern, super sauber und sehr komfortabel, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – vom Check-in bis zum Check-out war jeder stets aufmerksam und professionell. Das ganze Hotel wirkt frisch, gut organisiert und liebevoll gepflegt. Preis-Leistung ist top und wir hätten uns nichts Besseres wünschen können. The interiors blend contemporary elegance with a refined lifestyle vibe – warm lighting, high-quality materials, and a beautifully cohesive color scheme. You can truly feel the passion behind every design choice. Spacious, peaceful, and impeccably clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the overall ambiance is calm and luxurious. Our room offered a charming view of the city rooftops – the perfect touch of Naples’ magic. The staff is what truly sets this hotel apart. Always friendly, attentive, and eager to help – whether it’s restaurant recommendations, arranging reservations, or offering local insights. We felt genuinely cared for from the first moment to the last. The breakfast was outstanding – fresh local ingredients, a generous selection of pastries, cheeses, and fruits, plus excellent coffee. Everything was beautifully presented. The hotel restaurant/bar also impressed us with creative dishes and a cozy atmosphere.
