« My friends and I stayed at this apartment for a week and it was a great experience. The check-in process was pretty easy, and apartment looks just as shown in the pictures. The manager left us a bottle of wine as a welcome treat! ☺️ Our stay was good overall, even though we did some minor dusting of the area upon checkin in and was a bit concerned about the overfilled trash bins outside the building, but it’s a beautiful decorated apartment. Lastly, it is closer to many attractions around...

« The listing pictures are accurate. Rental was clean. Location was excellent with a nice Turkish coffee shop next door. Street parking was easy and free. Communication with the host could have been better: I asked a question immediately after booking months before pur stay and never got a response. We still had no communication from the host the day before check in and I had to reach out to VRBO and get the hosts contact info before I received any communication. »

« This is a wonderful unit along W. Cumberland St. In the northern half of Philly. Super clean, super easy check in and communications with the host. Less than a 10 minute walk to the SEPTA station to catch the subway into the heart of Philadelphia. Local markets nearby for shopping, but very overpriced for the convenience. « The property was clean, airy (high ceilings) and light, and comfortably furnished. The kitchen, particularly was well furnished. There were five of us staying there, and there were no complaints about the rooms or the beds. There were three things that set this apartment apart. « We had a great stay. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Great price and really cute decor. Love the colors!The only complaint would be that the futon was definitely not queen size as listed in the description, so one person had to sleep on the orange couch in the other bedroom. Not a big deal, but maybe update your listing. »

« Great fun for three generations. Our teenage grandkids learned how to play pool. They were never bored in the four days we were in the apartment. Our daughter had fond memories of her youth when shevplayed the Atari game. Clean, Quiet, and Safe place to unwind and relax. »

« Great studio very bright natural light the room is all windows, has everything you need, a block from the broad st subway, very easy to get around the city from here on foot, and there is always ample parking for my car, I also liked that it was pet friendly without any extra deposits »

"Hôtel proche de toutes curiosités à pieds....30 mn vous sépare des lieux emblématiques. Dès que vous êtes sur la rue parallèle vous trouverez tout ce qu'il faut pour manger, restaurants, supermarché Trader's Jo juste à côté, shopping..... L'hôtel propose de belles chambres avec frigo et micro onde...une petite table vous permet de manger dans la chambre.... Petit déjeuner dans les standards des hôtels aux usa .... gauffres, pain, céréales, oeufs, pdt et genre de steak...quelques fruits et yaourt. Bien sûr café, thé, chocolat, jus d'orange.... Je conseille vraiment cette hôtel qui a tout !!!!"

"L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour visiter le quartier historique de Philadelphie. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine sur le toit. Le stationnement de l’hôtel est dispendieux, mais est équivalent aux autres offres de stationnement dans le quartier. J’y retournerais sans hésiter. "
