„We booked this place during the design week for 2 nights (April 2023). At arrival the room however already was occupied by another guest. The owner sold it to two different parties for the same night. Even calling right at checkin there was no support from the owner at all to find an other location for the night nor any willingness to refund the first night. „We are extremely disappointed with our stay in Milan and feel that the listing was very misleading for the amount we paid. First, there is an extremely loud noise passing literally every 30 seconds throughout the day and night, and the entire building actually vibrates because of it. „Appartamento in zona tranquilla, alcuni buoni ristoranti a poca distanza e possibillità di parcheggiare l'auto nelle vicinanze. Stanze come da descrizione, tutto molto pulito e in ordine. Qualche difficoltà nell'apertura e chiusura della key-box ma il personale è stato molto efficiente e veloce. La strada adiacente su cui passano i tram può dar fastidio se si dorme in particolare sul divano letto,ma per il resto ci siamo trovati molto bene. „This place is very beautiful! The kitchen sink faucet was loose, maybe even broken. The bathroom floor had hair left on it. I couldn’t use the balcony because of a bad cat allergy and two cats that would jump over the rails whenever we tried to go out. They were cute, not aggressive, just curious.“
