„Came all the way from the United States to Milan, and had this stay confirmed by VRBO. I arrive at the property, only to have a mean security guard yell at me and telling me "that my stay was not valid." I then called the host, only have her say that "this stay is no longer available." I was then stuck in Milan without a place to stay. What a nightmare! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!“

„We stayed for three nights and it was perfect for us. The apartment it near the metro station and you can take the metro directly to the central station. Everything was clean and proper! And the host was very gently and nice. We would definitely recommend it.“
