« Came all the way from the United States to Milan, and had this stay confirmed by VRBO. I arrive at the property, only to have a mean security guard yell at me and telling me "that my stay was not valid." I then called the host, only have her say that "this stay is no longer available." I was then stuck in Milan without a place to stay. What a nightmare! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! »

« I’ve said enough, but it was disappointing. They claimed to have an outside area and don’t it’s just the outside hallway to the place. The beds are a fold out couch and something just slightly bigger than a twin bed. »

« The room were in ok condition, but the walls were quite thin, so you could basicly here people speaking next door. Ear plugs are recommended anyway, because there is also a lot noise from the street. Check-in and check-out was made remotely and I am not a great fan of that, I prefer personal contact with the staff. But all and all, all the matters were solved. »

« Fabulous! Unfortunately, we were only stopping through Milan on our way back to the US. We would have loved to stay longer. Very nicely decorated apartment. Gracious host who provided us with maps, dinner reservations and a nice tart for breakfast and badly needed water. So convenient to everything and a short bus ride to the Duomo or the opposite direction directly to the airport which picked up just outside of the apartment.
