« The accommodations were absolutely perfect: The apartment was spotless and had everything. The view was stunning: The Duomo di Milan was in full view from the balcony and the Gucci building was off to the right which looked especially marvelous with the full moon:) I will highly recommend this place to everyone I know who wants to stay in Milan! »

« Evier bouché, panne electrique generale, un lit cassé dans la grande pièce, climatisation tres bruyante, nombreuses ampoules de lampe qui ne fonctionnent pas, pas assez de fourchettes verres couverts etc au regard du nombre de locataires, grande difficulté à les joindre. Ne repondent pas au message . Avec réclamation d'une.surtaxe de 75.60 euros...au bout du sejour... Comment se fait il qu'expedia mette encore cette annonce sur leur site? »

« Arrived a little late in Milan due to delays, at reception we were told our room wasn’t on the site it was a two minute walk away, we were given a print out told to turn right walk past the supermarket and travel two minutes to block 5. Two minutes later no sight of block 5, we walked round for ages and decided to go back to reception to request a guide to the location only for it to be closed and no one there for advice. Eventually we found our room, nothing like the pictures in a run down...

« Lägenheten var ren och bra planerad. Tyvärr var den placerad på nedersta våningen bredvid hissen och helt utan isolering mot ljud utanför. Från andra hållet tvärs över gatan finns en vinbar som är väldigt populär och många gäster som skrålar långt in på natten. Kommunikationen var urusel. Jag försökte flera gånger via what’s up meddelande och gick till slut ringa. Personen jag pratade med var inte tillmötesgående och lät som att jag störde. Kan inte rekommendera detta boende. »
