„Host cancelled the booking 3h before check-in because of a hot water issue. Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby. They were not able to fix the hot water the next day and we had to find alternate accommodations last minute. It doesn't look like they even tried to fix the hot water issue. „The apartment is nicely decorated, very clean and well equipped. The metal staircase is a little tough on the feet (slippers recommended). Bedroom downstairs has only a very small window so is quite dark. Great neighbourhood and excellent location for any tourist visit. Overall an excellent stay. Thank you.“

„Fabulous! Unfortunately, we were only stopping through Milan on our way back to the US. We would have loved to stay longer. Very nicely decorated apartment. Gracious host who provided us with maps, dinner reservations and a nice tart for breakfast and badly needed water. So convenient to everything and a short bus ride to the Duomo or the opposite direction directly to the airport which picked up just outside of the apartment.
