Bien équipé avec des équipements communs comme machine à laver et sèche linge dans les communs.Par contre les chambres côté rue sont très bruyantes entre la rue et le bar et l’immeuble très mal isolé, on attend les voisins dans l’escalier et chez eux (embêtant en pleine nuit).Attention escalier raide pour les personnes avec problème de mobilité. »
