"Great Location and Always Worth Staying
I always love staying at this property. The location is fantastic — just a short walk from Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus and Chinatown. Oxford Street is only around 10 minutes away, as is Regent Street, and there are several nearby Underground stations, making it super convenient to get around London. I would definitely recommend staying here!
A few things to keep in mind:
-Check-in: Unfortunately, early check-in wasn’t possible for us, so be prepared to wait until the official check-in time. (Self-check-in counter)
- Luggage storage: You have two options: **You can leave your luggage with the staff for £15 per bag
** or use the self-service luggage lockers on the basement level. I believe these cost around £20 for a medium locker and £25 for a large one
- Hairdryer: There isn’t one in the room, but you can find one in the beauty room on the third floor
- Towels: Only large towels are provided, you can ask for the small one I guess
Big plus: The basement level has a nice area where you can hang out while waiting for check-in, which is really convenient if you arrive early
Overall, I would happily stay here again. The location alone makes it a great choice for exploring London!"
