« The location of the property was the best! Easy to walk to the river, restaurants and shops. The hotel could use some hanging flower baskets and clean up the grass area in the center of the parking lot. It would make a HUGE difference in its appearance. The staff was EXCELLENT and even at one point, asked if I was okay because my allergies were causing my nose to run. They listened when I asked questions, and assisted when I need help. I would definitely stay here again! »

« Great service, friendly staff. No ice machine, which is odd but the concierge did deliver a bag almost immediately when asked. After checkout, I realized that I had left my wallet in the room. One quick phone call left me feeling confident that it would be retrieved and kept safe while I took my family up the gondola for lunch. Upon our descent, it was safe and sound with security. Wonderful property! I hope to be back this winter. »

Le personnel est courtois, mais ne donne peu de renseignement par rapport aux commodités des lieux (billets, location d'équipement, prix, service de navette, recommandation pour la nourriture). La ville avec grands magasins (Walmart, épicerie, fast-food) est à 1,6km de l'hôtel et est desservi par un service d'autobus de la ville tout à fait gratuitement.
