  • With zero stairs between this home's entry and the parking lot, you'll enjoy all the convenience of a first-floor home, including speedy food deliveries and easy access to the ski shuttle and hot tubs located right across the lot!

    A gas fireplace is the warm heart of the open layout with comfortable seating in the living room plus a dining table for meals or family game nights. There is also a private, covered balcony with a table and seating accessible from the living room and primary bedroom. The well-equipped, full kitchen features beautiful granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and brand-new appliances.

    The main bedroom features a king-size bed and a private, updated bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed in the second bedroom, as well as a second full bathroom with a tub. If you require additional sleeping, the living room has a sofa bed.

Close and cozy

A nice clean place to stay with a shuttle service that will pretty much take you anywhere in town. You can walk to the slopes in 5-10 minutes with restaurants nearby.

Excellent Stay

Great property! The layout is spacious, clean and everything in good working order. Walkable to restaurants. Great pool and hot tub areas. My daughter's only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!

Great location, walking distance to the base of the mountain. Be sure to bring any spices/sugar, coffee, paper towels, and a sponge if you are staying/cooking here - kitchen is minimally stocked with necessities.

Great location

Rental was great, 2 bedrooms, King and queen plus bunks. Only issue which didn't matter to us was that fireplace was on the blink. Hot tubs were great right across the street. 5 min walk to gondola. So overall great rental.

Well stocked. Great location

Very well stocked with any cookware you might need. Steps from a restaurant and ski rental. Quick and easy walk to lifts. Only small thing is that dryer is ventless and only dries to damp. We had to hang clothes all around to finish drying. Family of 6 would stay again.

Great location but the unit needs updating

We have stayed at this same unit C106 many times over the last 12 years. The unit needs to be updated. The mattresses are terrible especially in the guest room, the furniture is so worn out that the padding is gone on the reclining chairs and the couch back cushion don't fit anymore, the carpet needs to be replaced, the frying pans are old and not useable, and the dryer takes several cycles to dry anything. We have continued to come back to the unit each year, because of the location and friendliness of the staff, but after 7 nights of no sleep we will not be retuning to this unit.

The condo was very nice but in retrospect I would have preferred an upper unit because the unit did not get enough sunlight and being on the ground floor it was easy for people to see in. In addition, one of the main reasons I chose this unit was I wanted to try the double oven as I am thinking of adding one to a renovation. Unfortunately, the upper oven was missing the rack so I was not able to use this. I alerted management and hopefully this is resolved. It was clean and comfortable.

Everything was great but it was not set up for cooking. No sponges, salt, pepper, sugar, oils or any essentials that can be found in most rental condos. But other than that it was located close to the gondola and restaurants. Everything was very clean and spacious

This was a beautiful place to stay. The pool and hot tub were great and close to us. The parking was great, just outside our door. It was quiet and relaxing. The staff at the front desk were wonderful, friendly. Check out was a breeze!

Family getaway

We had a wonderful time staying here and enjoying all that Steamboat has to offer! Loved the proximity to the base of the main ski area and getting to downtown was also easy. The kiddos loved the pool and hot tubs. We will be back!

Great location. The shuttle service was amazing, used it all the time. Condo was very warm and cozy. Great kitchen, we cooked several meals, so well stocked.

Great location

All was great with our stay in steamboat, great location, and cozy living. My only complaint is the ski locker was completely full with stuff so we could not use it to store our boards and skis.

We really liked this place. Four adults and two kids and fit well. We walked to ski in the AM and sat in the hot tub just across the parking lot in the afternoon. We ate at truffle pig which is near the base of the mountain and walking distance from the condo. The burgers were amazing. We loved the shower and robes that were provided in the condo. High end and updated appliances and fixtures. Really nicely decorated too, felt like a ski resort. We were never cold so the heating was great and it was quite cold out during the nights. Pizza delivered with no issues and was good another night for dinner. It was super close to everything we needed and we only moved the car like twice. Kitchen was very well stocked as far as dishes and utensils but just keep in mind you should bring your own condiments and sugar and cream, etc. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Front desk staff was also extremely friendly.

Spring Break Rocked

Our spring break stay at the Lodge was awesome. The staff is the best as usual. They do whatever they can to make things easy on the guests. With 4 kids, we know! Hard to beat the location for the price. Rent skis at Christie’s a short walk from the condos. Leave your skis there, you can ski right to Apres ski way and just walk across the street. The hot tubs are large and well maintained. Donuts and/or muffins in the morning at the office with good hot coffee. Shuttle service excellent, the on call service gets a thumbs up. Why pay more???
