    Urban Street 1242, brought to you by Mountain Vacation Lodging, is a newly constructed home with mountain modern furnishings of the highest quality. The home's location, right on the bike path and across the street from a free bus stop or a 1 minute drive from the Wildhorse Gondola/Meadows parking lot, makes it the perfect spot for a winter or summer season stay. High ceilings and an open floor plan add to the roomy feeling of the main floor living area. Not to mention the floor to ceiling window/doors that offer unobstructed views of the Steamboat Ski Resort. Cozy up next to the fire or relax in the private hot tub after a long day on the slopes. The floorplan works well for a group of couples or a family/multiple families. There are two King bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the ground level, a King with ensuite bathroom on the main level and a spectacular bunk room in the loft. The bunk room can accommodate kids as well as adults, as there are 2 XL twins over Queens. The owners have grandkids so understand traveling with children and have left toys, games, a pack'n'play and highchair for guest use. In addition to everything already mentioned the home has a 2 car heated garage, radiant in floor heat, a dedicated office, A/C, a gourmet kitchen, beautiful deck, new stackable washer/dryer, a great sound system and the list goes on!

    Arrival, Access, and Parking:
    – Accessing the Property – From the driveway or the garage there are no steps to enter the home. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor but the kitchen/living area/etc. are all up 1 flight of stairs from the ground floor. The loft bedroom is 1 flight of stairs up from the main level.
    – Parking – 2 Car heated garage. 2 spots in the driveway. Guests will have to move cars in the driveway for the cars in the garage to get out. Trailers are not allowed, unfortunately. If your group has a trailer or needs additional parking options, please contact our agents for advice.
    – 4WD vehicle information – 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions

Perfect for our large family

The house was exceptional and perfect for our large family. Everything was well appointed and there was space of everyone to comfortably commune for meals and to hang out after the days on the slopes. The house had everything, even optional baby gates, pack and play,etc. we can’t wait to return next year.

We are repeat visitors - better every visit. Great view of mountain, close to town amenities and river. Excellent accommodations with nice deck for dining or sipping cocktails by fire pit. Upstairs bedroom is huge, comfortable for family of with own bathroom, hot tub on main level patio. We had littles and were pleased they had baby gates. This home is beautiful and very clean with quality furnishings, fireplace and well equipped kitchen. Can't wait to come back!!!

Absolutely Stunning

We have been going to Steamboat since 2006 and this was by far the best place we have been. Best view of the mountain and perfectly appointed. If you are considering a home don't pass this one up. We will be back!

We had a great stay at this wonderful unit! Owners really have thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable! We did drive to the free lot at Steamboat on 2 occasions but then found the public bus stop close to the unit that was much easier!!! Owner was very responsive and would book again if we return to Steamboat!

WHAT A PLACE!!!!!

We had the most delightful time at this home! It is beautifully designed, and the hospitality is top notch! The owners were so kind and accommodating, and made our experience seamless and restful. The kitchen, the fire pit, hot tub, comfy beds, stunning bathrooms, deck umbrellas for ideal shade on a sunny summer morning, & the stunning view of the sky thru the massive living room wall that opens up so that you can stargaze from the comfort of the cozy chair inside with the fluffy blanket! There are not words... GO! It's the best!

Seriously, this place is the TOPS! We've rented many other properties in the Steamboat area and this one tops them all. It is a near new property so everything is in pristine condition; everything is labeled and organized so it is easy to find what you are looking for. Kitchen was very well stocked. The owners went above and beyond to ensure a delightful stay. We will definitely be back.

Beyond wonderful!

We had the most wonderful leader retreat here. We were equipped with everything we could possibly need. Beauty surrounded us on all sides. This is such a life-giving place. We enjoyed the hot tub, took walks, skied closing weekend, and even grilled on the patio. Our whole team was completely rejuvenated by our stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing location and place for Fall Aspens!

This estate is absolutely amazing. Its the perfect place for a weekend getaway. It was only my wife and I, but the place clearly is spacious and fits up to 12 or so IN BEDS. The owners did an amazing job with decor, linens, and furnishings (the couch in the living room is amazing). The deck windows FULLY open which makes the mountain air and view stunning to take in. We will definitely be rebooking and hopefully will bring a bigger group next time!

Fantastic property

What a great house! Perfect for 1 family or multiple families. Well appointed and in excellent condition. The owners were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The property is about a 20 min walk to Steamboat Square and a 3 minute walk to the closest shuttle stop. The property has a great space to take off ski gear on the basement floor. The family room and kitchen are a perfect place to hang out and unwind after a long day on the slopes. The hot tub is an added delight. Would highly recommend the place and I would stay there again if we have the chance!

Amazing house in Steamboat Springs!

Everything was a fantastic experience from the booking process to the stay itself. This was easily the most well stocked house we have ever stayed at, and we’ve been to many over the last 10 years! Nancy was so thoughtful and helpful, even finding someone to help retrieve an Amazon package delivered to the house mailbox on New Year’s Day. The location was perfect for our group of two families, including three 6 year olds to get to ski school multiple times. The upstairs bunk room was beloved by our kids and the downstairs common area was perfect for the adults to hang out. There was no detail missed, down to the organization of cabinets stocked with staples and humidifiers sound machines in every bedroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay post Christmas and can’t wait to return again soon!

Late check in, dirty home, broken hottub

I never write reviews, but this was the worst experience in years of renting homes, check in was for New Year’s Eve, house was filthy and not ready upon check in. Hot tub only worked 2 out of the 5 days, house was missing tons of items and the property management company was awful to deal with. Would look for similar properties in the area from a different company.

This place has ruined us for the mountains because it is exceptional! Not only is the view PERFECT, but here are other wonderful things: - The beds are ACTUALLY comfortable with wonderful pillows, such a treat when you are traveling to sleep well! - The whole place is stocked so well from the cookware and utensils to the oils and spices to the muffin pans and extra Kleenex boxes, we never went without! - the path behind the house straight to the ski hill could not be more convenient, and if you can walk there with your skis you can ski almost the entire way back~! - the fireplace by the high-celling windows create a luxury that you dream of in the mountains - the hot tub to enjoy after a full day of skiing, or for the kids! As an added bonus the owners are kind, considerate, and easy to contact. Trust me, you don't want to turn this place down it is worth every penny!

We loved staying at this house in Steamboat. It was such a great spot to just hang out with friends and unwind. The area was super peaceful, but still really close to everything—restaurants, shops, bike/walk paths, and the mountain. The place is beautiful inside, and the decor gives it such a nice, cozy vibe. Overall, an awesome spot!
