« Le cadre est génial, au calme, ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Austin. Tout était très bien : propreté, service, accessoires (on a beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso avec du café classique et du décaféiné!). Juste deux aspects négatif : l'eau chaude met un temps fou pour arriver (gaspillage d'eau) et la climatisation un peu bruyante. »

« The elevator did not work after a fire alarm went off - according to staff there is a contract dispute with the elevator company and they have not responded to numerous requests by the hotel. This is a hazard that should not hapoen because of a contract dispute. Patrons would have to walk all the floors with their luggage due to an elevator issue . This is dangerous someone at a higher Hotel mgmt should get this resolved. Unsatisfactory. »

« Room was never cleaned, found a used condom under the bed and insects. The mattress must be super old since I duck into a hole in the center which hurt my back and led to terrible sleep. Woke up on Monday morning to some one blaring music so loud that the glass in the kitchen area started to rattle which woke my girlfriend and I up. We immediately left. »

« There was a hole in the wall where the cable jack came out. The elevator also had a weird odor. Staff was accommodating. »
