« Absolutely wonderful stay in the Wellington countryside. Perfectly located for winelands touring. Outstanding staff and facilities. On site, multi-course dinners were absolutely brilliant and worthy of a Michelin star. Bravo to the chef, kitchen and wait staff. We cannot wait to return! »

« Stayed here 2/19/24 through 2/21. Location and property are absolutely beautiful, but unwalkable from downtown Franschhoek, so you'll need a rental car or us their recommended taxi service via Whatsapp if you plan to drink lots of wine. Uber was not reliable in this area. The staff were very nice and the breakfast options were good, but limited. I would highly recommend this location. »

« No provision made with water supply when power went out due to loadshedding. You could not use the bathroom at all. NO extra drinking water in the room. Breakfast at restaurant was also not great. Sorry, not a good overall experience at all. It is situated in a beautiful area. »

« This was one of the most relaxing holiday's I had so far. Perfect set up with the view on the vineyards, professional staff, splendid breakfast within a totally relaxing atmosphere. the fact that it's located outside Stellenbosch is definitely not a negative element as it's very good accessible and definitely good located for other visits. »

« Excellent and friendly service in the hotel. Confortable and spacious rooms. Excellent location at walking distance or with the free shuttle to anywhere in frenchoek. Fountains are covering the road noise too and let you have very relaxing naps. Views on the mountains and on the frenchoek trams makes it really magical. Downside is For me the hotel is a replica of a Provençal house and for being French I have to admit that I don’t find it as charming as others. The interior design is lacking...

« La vue est splendide depuis la terrasse! Confort impeccable dans la chambre et très bon petit déjeuner. Le vin n'est pas le meilleur de la région mais l'accueil est super. La piscine était malheureusement trop froide. Je recommande cet endroit pour une nuit sur la route des vins! »

« Nice property but they weren't very accommodating. We had asked if we could bring breakfast back to the room for another guest who wanted to sleep in a little bit and they said we couldnt because they were concerned that the food would sustain the sheets. Very strange response to be honest. Especially since they have a dining table and chairs in the room. Also there wasn't much variety for breakfast or many options for dinner »

Etablissement à recommander pour visiter la region des vignobles . Un petit bémol toutefois : la situation même de l'hotel dans un lotissement de luxe . De par sa qualité il mériterait un plus grand espace extérieur privé »

« Property was nice, clean and accessible. They asked us if OK not to service the room due to lack of resources, which was fine and accepted. We unfortunately lost the keys for one of the rooms, it must have fallen out of my pocket after parking and walking to a restaurant. The owner freaked out about that, we accepted responsibility and apologised. We understand that security is a great concern in this area and accepted compensation needed to replace locks, a remote and keys. The rules for the...

« Cottage was spacious with comfortable beds, fluffy towels and good amenities, fixtures and fittings. We arrived just on dark and there were no dining options, power was limited to a few lights, due to daily "load shedding", so unable to microwave or even get a cup of tea until full power returned an hour or more later. Next morning unable to find a suitable power outlet for hairdryers supplied - on checking out was advised compatible points beside/under beds??? Staff were personable and helpful...
