I paid to have my linens exchanged which I don’t think you should have to pay for, but I did I paid and on my way back to my room. I noticed she had only given me one set of towels, so I grabbed a towel off of the housekeeping court only to be approached by management and told that I needed to get my things and get out because I took a towel off of the housekeeping cart And that I could just get a refund. They called the police on me and would not refund me my money for exchanging to for paying to have my linens exchanged. Expedia did give me my money back, even though it was a nonrefundable room when I explained to them what happened it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life at a hotel, and I will never stay at another extended stay anywhere ever again there were drugs on the floor when I checked in my room there were drug addicts in and out the entire time and I do believe I may have been discriminated against because I wasn’t sitting up in my room, smoking crack the whole time Hotel staff entered my room without my permission, knowledge or consent. I have a lawsuit pending against this property for violation of privacy and discrimination.
