« Upon arrival there was a strong stench in the hallways! Hot tub was out of service. Once in room, lighting didn’t work on one half of the room so was very dark. There was no remote for the tv and when I informed the desk, they came up with 4 remotes, none of them worked. Then on night two of our stay; they came to “fix” it which was them looking at it, saying they’d be back and never returned. When I asked to be compensated for our terrible stay, I was told no. What a disappointment. »

« The hotel and room smelled. The carpet needed to be replaced. There were cigarettes all over the pavement. Couldn’t tell if bedding had been changed.
However the restaurant Villa Amore was very good. Good great service. »

« The Drury is nice and can still tell it's a new property. We would much more prefer a breakfast in the morning rather than bites and drinks.
The refrigerator was frozen over and not working. They did replace that for us.
My biggest issue was with the ac. That was hands down the LOUDEST I've ever experienced. It sounded like an airplane engine revving up when it kicked on, and the same as it shut off. It made quite difficult to get much sleep at all. »
