Great hotel if you’re looking for a super cheap rate. Otherwise the whole place smells like someone chain smoked cigarettes for 20 years. Not the nicest or cleanest property, and seemed a little sketchy. But again, it was a super cheap rate so I didn’t expect much.

One of the beds had multiple broken springs & creaked loud enough to wake the other person up; my back still hurts three days later The mattress covers were filthy. And torn. Dust bunnies were numerous. However, the people at the front desk were very pleasant.

Drove into parking lot and was too nervous to get out of my vehicle. Individuals that were sitting in front of rooms appeared to be homeless. Their clothing was dirty and hygiene looked to be non-existent. Other vehicles in parking lot looked like they hadn't been moved in many days. I donated my $74 in hopes that the owners will put it to go use. I found another place to stay.

I would highly recommend that you to stay at 5-star hotels we have in the city with 5-star rates that would match your affordability. Good luck.

The motel and everything surrounding the motel is super sketchy, dirty and potentially unsafe. We found the motel halls and room to be dirty, smelly and we left immediately

First off place did not honor Expedia rewards and charged me full price for staying here, $90 instead of the $4 based on the rewards I was expecting. Room was dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke, furnishings were stained and gross and the beds were old linens. Had to flush the toilets when we got in the room. Last straw was riding a bedbug on my clothing that was on the bed when I was changing to go to sleep. Worst hotel ever, and thanks Expedia for the false discount with your so called ‘points’.

The staff are nice, but the rooms are disgusting and the property itself is falling apart. Broken tiles, poor/missing grout lines, 1970s era draw curtains and radiator heaters. Stained carpets. Disgusting messes under the bed. Paper thin walls. Doors that could be opened with a good shove. The place is cheap, and the staff were nice, but it's a roach motel.

The room was clean the bed was comfortable but there was a most annoying noise coming from the walls it sounded like a toilet that is leaking the water kept turning on and off every 5 to 10 seconds this went on all night long made it extremely difficult to sleep other than that the room was nice

After a massive storm with power outages I was glad to have a hot shower and clean bed before work on Monday. This was the only room available in town and I was glad to get it. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, suggesting that I reserve the room as long as necessary and cancel when our power came back on. It was in need of an update but was very clean. There was ac and a mini fridge. That night it felt like a palace!

It got us out of the rain, kind of a sketchy area but not far from the College. The room definitely smelled like a former smoking room and the furniture was rough. Clean beds, not so good pillows :(

Put in a second floor room with no elevator which was not finished refurbishing. It did have new carpeting but no moldings, TV did not work, no soap, Kleenex or amenities of any kind. Property was sold out from local events (good for them), but their greed to stuff us in an unfinished room (bad for us).

Didn't feel safe with the lack of locks for the door and the building. It only had the lock on the doorknob. No lock for building. Rested there in afternoon. Chose not to stay overnight. Room was clean. Staff was nice. To use tv, light switch must be on.

The manager did her best to help us out. They Knight inn had been taken over and all the previous reservations were not in her computer system. How could the new corporation do that to her. We were very lucky she found us a room. She was very frustrated and I cannot blame her at all.

Dissapointing...
The pace was dirty, run down, and in a very noisy part of town with drunks wandering around until weee hours of the morning.
