« Room was dirty. Bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned well. Shower and sink was covered in hair. Toilet was still dirty from the previous user. Vacuum was not ran in the room. Bathroom floor was dirty with shoe prints, the sink counter had multiple fresh stains. Towels were stained. »
