Tucked just 1 mile east of Lake McMurtry and 8 miles from Oklahoma State University, our 10-acre property offers the perfect mix of convenience and quiet. Whether you’re here for game day, a family reunion, or a weekend reset, this is where your group can spread out, reconnect, and breathe a little.
