« Communication was very good. For the most part, we had an enjoyable stay. There were a couple of deficiencies during our five nights. We were unable to regulate the temperature in the kitchen/living room area, even though we set the thermostat to 80. The temperature never warmed up and it felt quite chilly but we managed.
