The location is very convenient. Great restaurants right on the block. Stratford Market Square outside your door.
Revel Cafe just around the corner has amazing coffee and baked goods and a deck out back. Soup Surreal right downstairs does fab soups - great for quick meals in your home away from home. I get their Moroccan Tomato and, for a larger meal, serve it on rice or pasta. The Butcher and Baker up the street has a lots of basic food stuffs and the best meat counter in town - also do take out sandwiches for picnics by the river.

If you bring bikes we will work out where you can lock them up.
Walk to Avon - 4 minutes - really!
Walk to Tom Paterson - 15 min, 20 min. if you dont do short cuts :-)
Walk to Festival - about 45 minutes but nice along the river....
Walk to train station - 20 minutes. You really dont need a car for all the best that Stratford has to offer.
