This cabin is excellent for up to four people. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and knifes etc. The cabin and furniture are new and well kept. The heating and air conditioning work well. There is no fireplace to burn wood, but there is a simulated fireplace in the main room that doesn’t produce heat. The tap water in the cabin is great and doesn’t have any unusual taste as is common in mountain cabins. There are just a few things to be aware of about this otherwise excellent space: (1.) There are no closets or cabinets to hang clothes in the cabin other than a single coat rack at the front door.(2.) The last 50 feet of the mud and gravel driveway up to the level of the front door and porch is steep and best dealt with a four wheel drive vehicle. A rear wheel drive vehicle, especially with “normal” clearance probably won’t make it up these last 50 feet especially if wet. However, there is a lower parking area for two in-line cars where you could park rear wheel drive cars. Note that you would then need to carry your things a steep driveway.I do recommend the cabin and we enjoyed our week stay there very much.
