« Very nice property with great amenities. To note, however, one kitchen stool is missing two leg caps which made the chair unusable as it was wobbly. Also the chairs needed the screws to be tightened on them.Also it would have been good if we got the pictures for how to check in a day before with a note advising that the check-in codes would be sent at the time of check-in. »

« Impeccable arrival instructions, extremely responsive host, && fabulous walkable location!!! Feed your parking meter!! (cheaper than the garage but the meter maids will ticket you if you’re not on top of it) Be prepared for the hustle and bustle of being in the heart of downtown directly above a bar with a smooth jazz band. « The unit is fine. Centrally located. Street parking costs extra, but isn't charged from 11p-7a, so if you pay for parking after 11p via the app, the paid parking time doesn't start until 7am. That was a bonus. They say they are pet-friendly, but be aware that there may be extra fees charged by the property after you book and pay, separate from VRBO. »

« Was very impressed with the house , cleanness and hosts proactive communication reaching out ahead of time to make sure we knew everything about the house and also making sure we had everything we need . »

« We have stayed in Indy a few times and this was miles above the rest. Communications were fast and clear. One tiny hiccup was addressed quickly and kindly. Parking was so easy to use and such a benefit. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Only thing to note is you must be smart phone proficient to stay at this unit. We had no issues, but my 80 year old in laws would have struggled. Not a complaint, just and FYI »
