« The staff was very kind and friendly, but the check-in process was quite slow. Unfortunately, in our first room, the toilet wasn’t working. We were moved to another room, but in that one, the ventilation wasn’t working either. After all the back and forth with changing rooms and moving our things, we were hoping to relax by the pool. « The walls were covered in dried blood splatters and the smell in the room was almost unbearable. I slept on the corner of the bed curled up on top of the covers with my own pillow and a jacket to cover with. The towels smelled so badly they were unusable. I suppose the price fits what you get.
