« We really enjoyed our stay..the little guest house was cute and exactly what it advertised. The bed could have been a little softer and a little more cleaning in the unit wouldnt hurt either..the only other thing, is there was not enough bike parking. Overall everything was good, location, noise, food etc. »

« Cute beach home close to Bean Pointe! This was our second time staying at this property. This home was perfect before, but has only gotten better with recent renovations after the hurricane in '24. The property is exceptionally clean and functional. You will love the pool and one of our favorite spots was the screened in lanai! The owners are incredibly responsive and they have a great team that manages their property! »

« Fantastic property in Cape Coral. We unfortunately battled Tropical Storm Betty but still managed to squeeze in a lot of hot tub & pool time. Close to Fort Meyers Beach & Sanibel Island, our other favs. Would definitely come back! »

« Jolie résidence et jolie maison. Par contre, mauvais emplacement, à côté d'une route à grand passage à partir de 7h00 le matin. Pas de grasse matinée possible. Du double vitrage serait le bienvenu... Et des rideaux occultant ! Pour les équipements, à améliorer un peu en cuisine et procéder à une petite remise en état générale (quelques bugs). Sinon, pour la prestation, beaux espaces de vie, de chambres et de salles de bain, rien à redire et agréable petit coin piscine. Résidence bien...

« The house was perfect for a family vacation with older children/grandchildren. The grandparents and parents had their space and the children/grandchildren had their space. With a beautiful pool area to hang out together and the beautiful beach across the street! »

It has a ton of charm, and the view off the entire back of the home of the emerald green bay is unmatched!Between waking up to amazing sunrises, hearing the sound of the water, while enjoying the bay breeze and watching all of the dolphins swim by, it was one of the most serene and tranquil experiences. The pool and spa are brand new and we loved having options to swim in the pool, paddle board...
