« We have our boat at Mariner’s therefore we have stayed at many of the places there. This one was the worst one so far! Besides being located in the bottom floor we walked into a musty smelly condo. There are stains all over the carpet and sofas. The kitchen appliances were old and the oven was not clean on the inside. The pots and pans were greasy and dirty in the cupboards. To top it all off the carpet that end, right before the kitchen, had exposed nails and two of us hurt our feet on...

« This was our second stay at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed it again!The property is clean, and the communication with the host was excellent. The people of Clarksville are so kind and welcoming. The location is great for lake activities, or exploring the area. We found some great local breweries and vinyards within reasonable distance and of course enjoyed Buggs Island Brewery for live music lakeside in the evenings. Highly recommend!! »

« My wife and I stayed for the long 4th of July holiday weekend. The walk-out balcony offers amazing views of the lake and mountains. The condo is comfortable, clean and met our needs. Only two negatives. One, the television only had a 16-color display. Something obviously wrong with it so we couldn't watch TV in the evenings. The other item was that there seemed to be fruit flies (of some sort) living in the kitchen sink drain. So they were a bit of an issue when we were preparing / eating...
